Farnham vets suffering their usual selection problems when away were able to claim a last gasp win, with the late introduction of some spare youngsters

With a scratch backline, including the skills of old man Harding, the vets played the first twenty minutes as if they shouldn't bothered to have turned up, particularly true of lose head Barney Hart as he hadn't.
Lose marking around the side of rucks and a high penalty count enabled a younger old blue side to run the game and they deserved their three scores.
With scrum half Parker becoming more unintelligible as he attempted to motivate the team the pack slowly began to get its act together, and with Andy Williams kicking for territory the game began to come under control. From a drive near the line a smart pass from Parker enabled the tight head running an immaculate line to score the vets first points.

From the kick off Farnham now did a great collective Barney Hart, and fell asleep for no reason whilst out, and allowed the old blues fly half through an undefended openside gap between a ruck and the backline to score.

The second half started much as the first had ended with the Old Blues back running freely and scoring out wide, with the introduction of Karl Brown at center, Peter Briggs and a youthful Steve Clark the fresh legs enabled the vets to produce some better periods of play and John Sisley was able to double the score diving over after a series of rucks.

With twenty minutes to go Old Blues scored once more but their tiring pack was beginning to creak resulting in a pushover try for the vets and the referee asking the Farnham pack to stop pushing, as non of us speak Scottish, no one will no what the reply was from the loose head Matt Parker but he may have been up for a long ban if the referee had.

The last twenty saw the brilliant decision making of Karl Brown come to the fore as he subbed himself and Mick after spotting some young people wearing farnham shirts, who proceeded to run rings round the old blues, and score two more tries enabling the ref to declare Farnham the winners.

You do the maths.
