Farnham hosted the Surrey U23 Women’s Christmas Festival on 28 December, welcoming teams from Cobham, Guildfordians, Hollowegians and Reigaitians, alongside a combined Farnham/Guildford squad. The festival was created to provide valuable playing opportunities for players home from university, those transitioning from junior rugby, and those reuniting with former teammates now playing senior rugby.

The combined Farnham/Guildford side made an impressive start, opening the day with a 33–12 victory over Cobham. Nell Pegg led the scoring with a hat-trick of tries, while captain Tegan Larvan added a try and three conversions. Further scores came from Jinny Leybourne, with Phoebe Foskett contributing a conversion.

In the second fixture, the home team again started strongly, with tries from Elysia Oliver and Tegan Larvan. However, a resilient Guildfordians side fought back, levelling the score with two late tries to finish the match all square. The final game saw Reigaitians, unbeaten on the day, prove too strong as they secured a 20–0 win.

The Hogs Back Player of the Day award went to Hattie Stockham for an outstanding defensive performance throughout the festival.
