You may already be familiar with GMS, the RFU’s system we use to help manage the Club and its players and members. Well we are now pleased to tell you that a GMS digital membership card is available for you to download to your phone’s Wallet app & ready to be used for all your bar & kit spending at the club.

Just go to GMS on your phone and log in with your GMS username and password using the link in the top right hand corner.

Click on Quick Links > Membership Card and you will see your brand new digital membership card which contains your personal QR code. Add this card to your phone's Wallet app using the button on the card and it will be safely saved for future use. Our tills are equipped with barcode scanners so just show the card and your account will be debited.

If you are aged 18 or over you will be able to buy credit for the card, either at the bar using a debit or credit card, or in the GMS website by clicking Quick Links > Buy Products > Cashless Topup.

You can also see a list of any purchases you have made in GMS and check your current balance. Your cashless card can also be used in the Kit Shop. Using the card at the bar will speed up the payment process and get you served faster.

If you want your teenage age children to be able to use your tab at the bar you can share your membership card to their phone Wallet.

Cardskipper which is currently used for membership cards will still be available to detail the discounts on offer by some of our sponsors.
