We’re seeking a hands-on Club & Bar Manager to elevate member experience, streamline operations, and make every visit memorable.

Responsibilities Include:

• Oversee daily operations across the bar, cellar, clubhouse, and outdoor areas.
• Lead staff recruitment, training, and shift coordination to ensure exceptional service.
• Maintain Club cleanliness, stock management, and licensing compliance.
• Plan and promote Club events—from match days to wine tastings and corporate bookings.
• Liaise with committees and drive marketing initiatives to boost footfall and revenue.

You’ll Need:

• Hospitality management experience with strong operational know-how.
• Leadership presence with a practical, can-do approach.
• Passion for delivering memorable customer experiences.
• Confidence in stock control, team supervision, and event planning.
