THE DRAW WILL BE MADE IN THE NEXT FEW DAYS

The ballot for a pair of tickets is open for the England games at Twickenham against
Ireland – 27th Feb (KO 16.50)
Wales – 12th March (KO 16.00).

The club does not apply for tickets for England’s away games and so there is no ballot for them.

The pairs are valued between £212 and £126 and there is one set of three tickets @ £41 (£123) for each game.

The allocation of ticket type/value is subject to the luck of the draw.

Winners of the ballot with receive one pair (or the trio) of tickets for one match only.

The ballot closes on 3rd January and will be drawn and results announced during the week of the 11th January. Winners will be subsequently informed as to when the tickets are available at the club for collection.

Rules of entry.

Read carefully. Any member breaching these rules will be barred from all future ticket ballots.

Who?
The ballot is open to voting members only (i.e. those who pay subs of £50.00 or more)

Once only
A member may only enter once into the ballot. This includes family membership. Husbands, wives, sons and daughters who attempt to enter using different names/email addresses will be barred from this and future ballots. So please check with your family co-members before entering.
TIP: Do not use the entry as some form of gift or surprise for others. Experience shows that can and most likely will cause all sorts of problems.

Ticket transfer
If you are allocated tickets you remain responsible for paying for them no matter what the circumstances. If you cannot use the tickets, you may transfer them at face value to another member. This is your responsibility and not the club’s. You must always pay for what you are allocated and get your money back only when they are transferred.

You must not transfer your ticket to a non-member or non-qualifying social member. You must never profit from the transfer.
Tickets will be collected and paid for at the bar only.

A £5.00 handling fee is added to the cost of the tickets.

How to enter
Entries that do not comply with these instructions will be ignored.

Enter by email to benjyweeks@hotmail.co.uk.

Make the subject of the email “6N2016”.

In the body of the email list the games in order of your preference.
For example, if you want to be entered for both matches but would prefer the Wales game then simple write:
Wales
Ireland
Or if you just want to be entered for just the Ireland game, then simply write:
Ireland
…and so on.

Your preference does not guarantee anything. We ask for this simply to make sure you do not get allocated tickets for games you do not wish to (or can’t) attend.

Sign the email with your full name, membership number (if you don’t have this, get it from the club house bar – I don’t have it) and contact number (preferably your mobile).

No other correspondence will be considered other than a withdrawal from the ballot which must happen before 3rd January otherwise you remain in the ballot and are responsible for buying any tickets you may be allocated.

If you are in any doubt, DO NOT ENTER THE BALLOT. The club has to buy these tickets before the membership pays for them. Failure to fulfil your obligation to collect and pay for your tickets means the club is seriously out of pocket – and this is intolerable.

Good luck

Hon Ticket Secretary
