The 15th Annual General Meeting of Farnham Rugby Union Football Club Limited (representing the 51st Annual General Meeting of the Club) will be held at the Clubhouse at 8.00pm on Wednesday, 21st May 2025.
A list for nominations for the election of officers and a detailed agenda will be circulated nearer the date. In the meantime, the club hereby gives 21 days notice to members that the AGM will vote on updated Articles of Association and Club Rules. A copy of the existing documents and the proposed new documents are available here on the web site.
The meeting is open to all voting members of Farnham Rugby Union Football Club.
The brief agenda for the meeting is:

- eceive from the Board the Club’s accounts
- Receive from the Board a report of the activities of the Club since the previous Annual General Meeting
- Vote to adopt updated Articles of Association and Club Rules
- Announce the election (as appropriate) of the members of the Board to be appointed in accordance with the Articles of Association.
- Announce the election of such committee members as shall be required under the Rules
- Transact such other business as may be brought before it (including without limitation the appointment of Life Members, Honorary Life Members, Life Vice Presidents, and Honorary Life Vice Presidents and the presentation of our annual club awards to their respective winners)
