WHY WOULD WE LIKE TO RAISE FUNDS FOR THE TOUR?
The funds raised for the tour will be used to subsidise the cost of the tour and make it more affordable so as to encourage as many families as possible to attend. Specific items we are looking to raise money for include providing all of the playing children with a tour kit. We would also like to be able to make a contribution to the cost of the traditional tour dinner on the Saturday evening which we expect to be attended by some 300 adults and children.

We are currently finialising costs but the aim is to be in the region of £290-£300 for 3 nights in a 6 berth caravan (drink and tour dinner on the Saturday night included). There will be 8 berth caravans also available.
