Here are the details of this Sunday’s Surrey Festival which takes place in Camberley. If you have received this email that means you are in the B squad and are down to attend this festival at Camberley on Sunday.
The following have yet to confirm attendance on the website: Ethan Clarkson, Toby de Mierre, William Donoghue, Patrick Sykes, Thomas Worsley.
The festival is held at both Camberley RFC and Kings International College which is opposite. The U8s are playing at Kings International College.
Arrival time: suggested arrival time of 9.30am. Games will start at 10am.
Location: Kings International College, Watchetts Drive, GU15 2PQ (there is no parking or drop off on site at the pitches without a permit - there are only two permits for each age group - so whoever has all the kit can have one of the permits)
Parking: Lyon Way, Frimley GU16 7ER - there will be marshalls to direct you. Please note the instructions...
From the Car Park, and on foot, please turn left onto Frimley Road. Please do not cross the road until you have gone under the motorway bridge where marshalls will be on hand to direct you to the pedestrian access to Kings College. Please change into rugby boots pitch-side. The car park is no more than 10 minutes walk from the Kings pitches and will be available from 8.30am. The car park will be locked at 5pm. Please ensure that you have left the car park by this time.
