This Sunday the whole squad will train at Connaught School starting at 1500hrs.
After last week's successful session, and as the rain continues to fall, we'll be training on the on the 3G pitch at Connaught School, Tongham Rd, Aldershot, Hampshire GU12 4AS again this week at the later time of 1500 -1600. It's a similar surface to the one Saracens now play on so you can wear boots but not blades (please bring trainers too). The players will be able to tackle but tracksuit bottoms and long sleeved tops are advised and all players will need gum shields.
For reference Dominic is away skiing this week so those not keen on his fitness sessions can sleep easily.
