Ballot closes at midnight tonight 25th April!

Dear Farnham RUFC Member

Unlike 6 Nations and Autumn International tickets, the club is not buying and distributing tickets. If you are after tickets, please read everything below carefully.

Under the RWC ticketing process, clubs are tasked to nominate members who will have priority to buy their tickets direct via the ticket website from 16th May 2014. The general public (including those who are unlucky in our ballot) will be not be able to buy tickets until November 2014.

We have an allocation of 150 members who can buy tickets via this priority process.

We will select those members by ballot in keeping with our policy to allow as many members as possible to get to a game.
The ballot will close on 26th April 2014.

We have been allocated 150 tickets across the 10 games at Twickenham (see schedule below).
We have been allocated 300 tickets at the other 38 games.

Members who win a Twickenham allocation can buy two tickets for one match. (75 members)
Members who win a non-Twickenham allocation can buy four tickets for one match. (75 members)

All tickets types/values are available to buy first come first served.
Those that are allocated non-Twickenham tickets can select to buy tickets to any one of all the other matches in the tournament.
The games and prices are listed at: http://www.rugbyworldcup.com/mm/Document/Tournament/Generic/02/06/99/31/RWC2015pricingUPDATED.pdf

The tickets you buy are subject to the usual T&Cs regarding transfer and selling on.
