Rusty has worked with England u18, u20 and seniors, helping to establish the performance pathway for England Rugby, producing a vast number of current internationals but also does a tremendous amount of work at the grassroots level of the game developing players and coaches.

This coach development evening would be suitable for coaches of all age groups as Rusty will go through his coaching philosophy & process, mistakes he's made over his coaching career and to answer all of your coaching questions; he has asked for all coaches to come armed with a question/scenario on a current problem you've encountered.

The evening is open to ALL club coaches wishing to further their coaching knowledge and would encourage all of our Mini and Junior coaches to attend this unique coach education evening.

The evening will start with a presentation at 7pm and then out on the pitch to watch Rusty coach. The club has also said that they will do some food for after the CPD & the bar will be open. There is a small cost of £5 per coach and this will be payable on the evening.
